This is just a suggestion, and i'm not even sure it's a good one, but if you are worried about spoilers, then maybe you should tag it for what it appears to be, rather than what it turns out being in the end.

so for example:

for Eden no Hana, even though they end up being stepsiblings, you would still label them as siblings since you don't find out the truth until a ways into the story.

Just an idea.

I feel like as long as the idea of incest is present, then it counts. i mean, if two people fall in love even though they think they are siblings, then to me that still counts as an incest manga (although I agree that it's not the same thing).
