I read everyday, I recently finished The Wise Man's Fear by Patrick Rothfuss, and more recently The Last Four Things by Paul Hoffman, both very good books! now I'm onto Jonathan Strauss. I would actually die without my library.

Well, excluding textbooks and manga, I hadn't read any books for a while until a couple of days ago. I found a book called Screwtape Letters, which I'd never heard of before, lying around and started to read it. It's turning out to be a really interesting book... very peculiar. It's about an inexperienced demon, some underling of Satan, trying to corrupt a man so that he will go to hell, but the story is told entirely through letters from some senior demon giving the lesser one advice on how to go about his job more effectively. I'm about halfway through the book... we'll see how it ends.

I read books (text, written word) every day. Manga is my favorite and very well loved fall back position, but so far a series just has not beaten out a great book. Just a different genera and I love them both!<3

Been reading the Mass Effect novels lately since ME3 is gonna come out early next year and I'm now trying to catch up on everything about it.

I loved the Wise Man's Fear, though I think the first book is a slight bit better. I am just taking a break from reading right now. Started The Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan recently as one of the few remaining fantasy series i have not read. I am on the fourth book now, The Shadow Rising.

That's one of my favorite series right there. I warn you right now, during many of the middle books many of the female characters have disgustingly awful and controlling personalities... but don't for the love of God get turned off of the series, it gets good again.

That aside, I sit down and ready for at least an hour, usually two or three, every day. Right now I'm re-reading my personal library of Stephen King books. Say what you will about his artistic integrity, I still enjoy his books.

I'm re-reading the Wheel of Time at the moment, so that I can read the latest two books. Right now, I am on the Shadow Rising as well.

I finished the Wise Man's Fear before that too, though.

...you ever find a decent bookstore in Tohoku?

More on topic, I reread The Sailor Who Fell From Grace with the Sea today. Mishima's a pretty phenomenal writer when he's not trying to be the Japanese Sartre. Too bad he was utterly nuts.

NightSwan also said that she wanted to peg me, once, but I'm not sure whether to take that as a compliment or a threat...
