kyokoxren for me. I'm reading the first few volumes of Skip Beat now -- new reader. So I can see how terrible Sho is. Still, even after reading spoilers, I will still prefer this pairing. Ren is pretty much a better guy than Sho.

I don't have much hope for manga that spans more than 10 volumes...

Ok, I'll give my opinion. As a reader of Nakamura Yoshiki's works, I can understand pretty much that Ren is the main male character from this story and I think he will end up with Kyoko (like many people here). Sho was the reason her hatred exploded, and he is sure an important character for the story since he is the reason she started everything and he has a strong messed up bond with her. But! I think that what makes this story interesting is mainly Kyoko's personality. She became an angry person incapable of love, and that's why she is having a hard time becoming an actress. The main plot is the story of a girl learning to love again, learning to have good feelings towards other people and so on (at least that's what I think). At that point we can see why Ren is obviously liked by everyone so damn much: he is the person that is helping her the most in achieving this goal. He started liking her and although there's no kiss and everything, he shows it to her by different ways, caring for her. As he does that, she also starts to care about him little by little, without her full knowledge, but it's still a fact (Also, Ren starts learnings things from her too, and growing just like her). On top of all that, the only parts of her past that she can be happy about (and her source of strengh - stone from Corn) at the moment are the ones full of memory's of Corn, which by now everybody knows it's him (Ren). Well, although she still can't let go of the past completely, we can see pretty much where it's going right? So that's the reason I'm voting for Ren here! ^^ And I hope my observations aren't too fierce.

It's interesting how Ren's father helped Kyoko a lot in a short period of time. She is starting to understand what a love for a parent is, and that's pretty good. Maybe we can wait for some other developments soon, at least I hope!

Ren x Kyoko is the clear choice for me. Not only does it finally give Kyoko her revenge (fortunately, completely unintentionally) but also allows for Kyoko and Shou to continue their 'old friends' relationship, in which they're pretty funny. Shou's been downgraded to just friends really well.

eap yeap i read the summary chapters of this manga at http://www.swb.de/~zahara/shoujo/nakamura/skip/syn10a.html and i wanted to sooo read the english virsion if there was one a few monthes later i found out and since then it has been 4 years that i got hooked on Skip Beat! and i have beeen rooting for Kyouko x Ren and im hoping that they end up together!!

go go Kyouko x Ren if they dont end up together i will really be upset since this manga is my #1 TOP FAVORITE MANGA!!!! 😀

i dont like Shou cuz of the way he treated Kyouko but they way he has changed is good and i hope that he ends up with that friend of Kyouko will the one Kyouko focely made lol!!!

Like almost everyone else who posted, I too want Kyoko to end up with Ren. I can definitely understand why Kyoko would go super evil when she's around Shou. Shou was just terrible to her. Lol, I loved it when

she was working at that gas station and thought of hitting Shou with a wrench.

well, i want kyoko and ren to get together, but now that the story is progressing some more, it seems like sho's not THAT bad. i love how kyoko shocked him with her acting and beautifulness when they were acting together. xD i can't wait till the kissing part though. . . when is it going to happen 😕 😕 ? i can't take this for too long!!! 🤣

Ren and Kyoko would be an interesting couple. Even though the author hints on the attraction and connection they already have.

I really love this manga. I almost didn't get it because the back where the description totally put me off.

I mean who wants to read about a girl who chases after her love and gets dumped. That's such a pathetic story line. I like my characters strong.

I hope that Kyoko and Ren will end up together. I like the pairing of those two characters best. I mean Ren is so....(goes into day dream mode). And Kyoko is so.....(goes of to fairyland).

They just fit each other well and I think that Ren loves Kyoko a lot more then he lets on.

Since Ren knew Kyoko as a small child I think he loved here and he's slowly remembering what it was about her he loved. And finding new things about her that he loves

I know Sho seems like a bad pairing. He's just spoiled.

How he rescured Kyoko from the "Begal" guy, was awesome. I can't wait to see how he'll continue to fall in love with Kyoko.

This is only my opinion but, I don't think Sho deserved Kyouko after all those things she did to her. I think Ren deserves her better

since he did try to make her smile and cheer her up when they were young and all... And I think that as Sho realize that she might have loved Kyouko, it would be rather too late.

I don't like sho(I don't wnat to respect him as I respect Ren). he is mean. Different with Ren. He loves Kyoko purely, but it's reall need much time for him too know it. Just like Kyoko. I hope they can be together forever... Not with sho. Yoshiki Nakamura sensei!! Please let Kyoko with Ren!!
