Well it's pretty obvious who everybody wants to be together. And I must agree! It just wouldn't feel right if Kyoko didn't end up with Ren. They have such a long history even though she may not be aware of it. 😛

but i'm getting really worried because after all, the kyouko x sho pairing has 16 years of (yes one sided, but still) devotion behind it.
And Sho is beginning to change and regret things.

But i still reckon it'll be K x R. But seeing as i think they'll be a cute couple, i'm probably a bit biased.

but here's an interesting question: if not Sho x Kyouko, then Sho x who? After all, this is shoujo, and if the mangaka is gonna make Sho nice in the eyes of the reader, then she'll obviously give him a happy ending as well.

First off, I like the idea of Moko with that college student (see ch48) and as for Sho, he strikes me as the sort of guy that happier not settling down. Even though he obviously loves Kyoko, I know he wouldn't be satisfied with just her so why should any other girl be good enough to tie him down?

Anybody else think Sho will end up with Momose-san? You know, the lead opposite Ren in Dark Moon? Momose was excited about the idea of meeting singers, she and Kyoko talk about Sho, and she and Sho are thrown together a bit. Nothing overt, but enough to get me speculatin'.

I see a love triangle with Moko-san, Yashiro and Hiou, but I really love Yukihito-san, so I hope he gets her. Moko's awesomely funny.

Ren's for Kyoko or he's alone. No one else has touched him like she has. Same for Kyoko, though the poor girl doesn't know it yet.

I love Kyo x Ren. They're both good for each other. They make a good couple. Sho's a jerk.

Well by this point I think it's obvious that Kyoko and Ren will end up together
And if they don't for some reason, Nakamaru sensei will be receiving a lot of hate from majority of her readers, since most are RenxKyoko fans

i think there are more shoxkyoko fans than you'd think. i found that it seems like a little more than 50% of ppl like renxkyoko but still tons of support for shoxkyoko. but we'll definitely hafta wait and see who nakamura sensei puts together-though i am pretty sure it's renxkyoko...

I dont know if i read any other work from this mangaka/artist or if i was being paranoic but after vol 5 or so i started to remember a dream i had long ago and ... at the end she will together With REN as a couple but... before marriage she will jump to sho and thats where the series will end. Sad but i do hope i read any other shoujo with that setting and if someone knows it PLEASE tell me so i can take this stupid sad feeling from my heart!

NO! That would be just too cruel! It has to be a definite pairing, because ambiguous relationships never end well... This started from the whole Vampire Knight thing and it would suck for this series to go down that route...
On another note, I think RenxKyoko would be the perfect ending (although when she finds out that he's Corn, she might get pissed off....) although at moments, it seems like the series is leaning towards ShoxKyoko.... At least it's not the Beagle guy! 🤢

my brother would probably kill me (aside from other people in the fandom) but i voted for SHOUX KYOKO. i know sho's a jackass whose mistakes in the past were close to unforgiveable but their pairing(shoxkyoko) just has a spark to it that i dont feel with ren. plus ren seems to be the most obvious pairing with kyoko so i find it less interesting. the truth is ive been forcing myself to read this halfway through but the sho moments really gave me the energy to finish this. im on the minority though. :C

It's got to be Kyouko x Ren, and the series can't end before she finds out his real name is Kuon and that he is the "Corn" from her memories.
Plus, if Kyouko were to go back to Sho, she would completely lose face in my opinion.

I was, of course, pro Ren X Kyouko from the start, so I voted for them.
