I hate it when someone gets overzealous about something, occasionally it's funny but at other times it's ridiculous.

Moderation of the internet is a bad idea.... as once precedence is set it can be used again and again on things that are less and less in need of it.

Moderation is ideal, but you can always just ignore or refuse to associate with complete fanatics. Generally, I don't really have any issues with the existence of fanaticism as long as it doesn't affect their personal hygiene or physically hurt someone. Then it gets iffy.

meh, for one extreme, there is a polar opposite extreme... so it balances out, usually... and yay for free speech! 8D

I would normally agree, but it gets to a point where it's just bothersome. I think the most annoying thing about fanatics is how they give the entire group a bad name.

reminds me of narutards. Now when i tell someone i like naruto, they always ask me if i'm a narutard. But sure, freedom of speech. And like tofuqueen said, i'm more annoyed at the people that make fun of them.
