Hi.

I am not in the EU, nor is my nationality related to the EU. I just know someone, in EU, who has trouble viewing 2ch.net. For example, a lot of the 2ch user posts come out as images instead of Japanese text. (Which can be an understandable way of region blocking.)

This problem came up after 2ch.net recently updated their site with a new layout.

So, I just like to know if anyone else in the EU region is experiencing a similar problem? (Particularly, France?)
