I only know celcius. Therefore, my reply will be in celcius. On average (we do get more extreme) the winter goes down to about -35 degrees celcius (not including wind chill factor which makes it go down to about -40 degrees celcius. In the summer it can go up to around 35 degrees celcius and with the humidity can make it feel like 40 degrees celcius (and higher, our city's temperature changes and can vary a lot)
Add: -35 degrees celcius is -31 degrees Faranheit; -40 = -40 degrees faranheit
35 degrees celcius is 95 degrees faranheit, 40 is 104 faranheit.

summer about 104f with around 100% humidity it is the humidity that kills and winter it can get down to about -01f with around a -10 windchill factor but the worst is every few years there will be a time that it gets to 70f then drop back down to 15 - 20f the weather here is inconsistent and i did learn to convert around 6th grade but forgot 2 days later never cared to use it

Really? I'd think of Moscow as being a lot colder, perhaps -45 degrees celcius during the winter without windchill? (I've never been to Russia, so I don't know.) For us -40 is extreme, and might happen a few days in the worst months of winter and a few weeks at most.

Summer is around 115degrees F, as an extreme. It's a common extreme though, and happens at least six or seven times a year, generally more.
Our winter extreme is around 28 degrees F. So, hardly anything.

Needless to say, these are records. It's usually around:

I HATE winter in Michigan....goes well below zero degrees Fahrenheit, couldn't tell you exact numbers. We usually have a week or two where the temp gets in the 90's and maybe even 100's with humidity during the middle of July.
Night gathers, and now my watch begins. It shall not end until my death. I shall take no wife, hold no lands, father no children. I shall wear no crowns and win no glory. I shall live and die at my post. I am the sword in the darkness. I am the watcher on the walls. I am the fire that burns against the cold, the light that brings the dawn, the horn that wakes the sleepers, the shield that guards the realms of men. I pledge my life and honor to the Night's Watch, for this night and all the nights to come.

I live in the UK so it's just wet all year round -_-
Apparently it's supposed to reach minus 1 degree tonight - and winter is yet to come.
This summer was not even really hot. At all.
Where I live now is not too cold and not too hot. );
But my hometown, on an average it would be 25-30 °C, and my most extreme weather experience there is 38 °C.

Not sure about the lows yet; I'm just so glad I don't have to deal with that wretched heat anymore! <3
