I'm looking for a yaoi manga where the MC has changed jobs after his coworkers find out he's gay. The ML is a children's book author and wrote a book that helped the MC to accept himself.

In one of the last chapters, MC discovered ML's work and told him how much the book helped him and ML realized that MC is the fan who wrote him a letter years ago that inspired him to continue writing.

I think MC has a nephew that he usually looks after and ML has a daughter, but I'm not sure about this.

It reminded me of: Sumanai!! Masumi-kun, but it doesn't quite agree with your description - he doesn't change the job here (I might remember it wrong xD).

I'll try to find something else in my bookmarks!

The manga I was looking for is Itoshii Hito (SAKU Minori), I reread and I realized i remember almost nothing except the letter scene. Now I understand why it was difficult to find.
