I always stay up reading manga, even though most of the time the manga I read are old mangas that I have read before... I also stay up a lot even before and on school days which is horrible because I will be drowsy all day and do not learn anything at all!

I used to do that a lot previously. I would stay up till noon the next day sometimes just to finish reading a series. Nowaday, I need to wake start preparing for work around 10 or 8AM(if I open the store) so I can't do that anymore.

I'm likely to do it again if I find a series I really like. I had only slept at most 3 hours a day because I was up all night watching videos and show appearances of a band I just got obsessed into before. I did that for a week. A few nights I didn't sleep at all then went straight to work. I'm sure I'll do that for a series too if I find one I like. I can't stop reading, I need to know what happens. It's a bad habit.

Though I'm typically up past midnight fairly often, it is more due to insomnia than the need to read more manga. Only on occasion do I spend entire nights reading manga. Typically it's when I'm trying to catch up to a long running and popular series. I'll always regret trying to read 300+ chapters of Bleach in one go.

I used to do it almost every night (well, normally I stayed up to around 4, which is close enough to all night in my book), but I haven't really been doing it lately, mostly because school started. XD This was also when I was averaging 4 hours of sleep a day. XDDD

At Drunk : Heh. I read all 32 volumes of Berserk in one go last summer. It was wonderful. I was so tired the next day, though.

There's one series I'm saving for a rainy day. You'd think after ten years or so I'd have finally picked up Berserk. My eye's would probably fall out if I tried to catch up now. They already burn like hell after a typical ten volume night time reading. 🤢

My sleep cycle is so messed up (well, maybe not as much as certain members...) that this poll isn't really relevant to me. I don't think I've spent all that many times reading manga without sleeping for 24 hours (just for simplicity's sake), but I've certainly done it enough that I can't be sure. I voted the first option though.

I never stay up all night 0_0 but in the summer, 3-4-5 am is the latest I'm up. I rarely have long things to read, because I read fast and finish during the day XD

It's not really planned, it's just more that I check the watch after a while and

A few times, time and again. It was only reading manga though, my attention span can only go so far. It was a mixture of manga, anime, and drama. 😀

It's usually on holidays so don't worry. I stay up until my dad gets up for work. Then I go to sleep. 😀

i unconsciously try to do it all the time... though i try to actually go to sleep before 1 or 1:30am. But when I do find myself still awake at 4:30 or 5 then I just stay awake for the rest of the day since there would be no way I could get up in three hours anyway...
but i do prefer to stay awake all night reading rather than doing it during the day. I am nocturnal by nature and am definitely not a morning person.

Lol. Actually since I have my parents nextdoor I have to get to sleep at least from 12-1am, so I can't always finish a manga on the same day so what I do is that I wake up really early the next day, I cant sleep well because I'm constantly thinking about the manga. XD

I love xmas and new years eve, because I can stay up reading manga until 4am. XD

When the poll first came out, I thought who would do that? I don't think I've ever stayed up past 2 and I've probably only stayed up past 1 a handful of times. But I'm pretty much pulling an all-nighter right now. Technically, I'm staying up to finish a paper that's due in five hours. In reality, I'm reading more manga and watching more anime than actual writing of paper. My plan. Finish this. Read more manga. E-mail the paper off around 9:15 with a made-up sickness (I ate the school breakfast maybe?) and then crash until dinner time. Get up. Read more manga. College rocks.

when i dont have work the next day, i will stay up to probely 3 or 4 in the moring. when i have work, i stay up till 1 or2. problem is, i say to myself, just one more chapter/one more episode but that never happens.

it was brilliant. when i came back from my hols and i had no job, i would stay up till 4 or 5 every nite! first week it was until 6.30/7. thats cause my mum was getting up and she would have killed me. 😔
