This might be an impossible request, but may someone please explain to me the order of reading this? O_O

I finished reading Rules, and I thought the order of reading the side stories wouldn't matter since they are just side stories, and well I thought MU listed them accordingly. But I missed a huge chunk of a side plot. ;____;

So yes, wouldn't want that to repeat itself. Hope someone can help me. :3
