Hi

I'm looking for this manga; made of many short stories...
One is about a girl laying or floating on her back in a river around street, that typical river scenery in manga, then she is found by sort of a man, policeman or something, and weird interactions.. not ecchi but... erm mmm... psycho 😕
Another one is about a person who got his/her body destroyed somehow or another then only the head remained alive and got taken care of by a friend or somebody until the head started to grew limbs like spiders'... and things happen...

"Kuso Manga Bukuro" may be similar yet different a bit ??
