I know that Manick is probably up to the ears in coding right now >_<, so I’m putting this as an idea for later and it’s up to you whenever you find this useful or not. With manga database growing, some updates are difficult to perform, unless one start to check each manga individually and that’s way too masochistic.

For instance: it’s very easy right now to check what manga don’t have their date specified and update that, but it’s impossible to see if there is manga with no genre specified (unless you start browsing the whole lot that is) and it’s also difficult to see what series don’t have publisher or serialization

What I suggest is to create a category “uncategorized publisher” “uncategorized genre” “uncategorized serialization” (within specific publisher) and maybe make these options admin/updaters visible only, since it’s of no concert for regular users. Could help sorting out things faster.

hmm, interesting idea. I made one for descriptions and ones for series with no data a while back, and had my staff go through and add at least some information 🙂
