How come volume 11 is already completed and volume 12's first chapters are out while volume 10 is still incomplete? Where can I find any download links for volume 10? Even W-Juliet 2's first chapters are already out... No skipping please!!!

As for v10, i think it got licensed and released before a scanlation could begin on it, so it never got worked on...but later volumes weren't licensed/released yet...
