This is a YAOI manga
I remember there are this childhood friends, a rich one and a poor one, the rich one declares his love to the poor one before he had to move to some other country to study (he asked to marry him)
Some years goes by and the poor guy was working as a manager or house keeper of some building, and the rich guy comes back after finishing his degree or something to look for his lovey in that building and decides to live there.

I also some random french or italian guy that was looking for the rich one.

Anyone has any idea what I'm talking about?
