i'm looking for a manga thats story line goes like this

2 boys are together and one provides energy b/c the other one needs it.
the boys are like 14/15 i think/

one time the boy who recieves energy goes on a trip leaving the one who supplies energy alone and then he gets sick

I read it somewhere.....hmmmm can't remember it. It's not sex ....it's like they have to exchange bodily fluids to replenish energy. Of course that leads to sex.
