So the manga/anime was like this:
It was about 2 sisters going inside a beam of light to find their missing scientist parents.
before they go inside the beam of light they first go inside a metro and wait for a very futuristic train.
And when the train comes they get inside of it, when the train starts moving it goes through dimensions as in this is dimensional train. But before this happens in the first chapter/episode we see their parents looking at the horizon from a seaside house/lab and then all of a sudden a beam of light comes and hits the surface of the sea, and after that 2 dragons come outside of it one black one white and they fight, the white on wins and they both go back inside the beam. Now back to the sisters they are inside the train with another individual this individual is a man with a black coat and a black cowboy-like hat and one of his arms is an elemental cannon blaster, and around his waist are different vials of elements. While they are on the train and talking a sudden shake happens thought the train, and all of a sudden a giant hand appears from the back of the train trying to catch the train, and while the sisters are terrified the man with a black coat start a monologue about how this hand belonged to an interdimensional beast that has been banished and torn apart limb by limb in-between dimensions and then he takes out one of his flame vials from his waist starts to chant some words and the put the vial on his elemental cannon blaster and then shoots it with all of his might then the hand tooks a massive hit and goes back where it came from. After this sequence events the train stops at a dimension where it looks like its inside of a wide and tall pillar with cities hanging via ropes from the walls and the sisters starts exploring this place and inside this "city" there are black blobs which are the residents this place, and while they are exploring they get lost and they lose eachother.
