Meh, to put it simply, we are at a conundrum. Sasuke is the bad guy, ok, but what are the chances to reform him? Zero I think, he's already "the bad GONE CRAZY guy". Then what about he wins? Zero also for that, how really could he: Sasuke worn down+Naturo top shape/sagemodo.

So if Naruto wins, Sasuke what? Imprisoned? Mmmm... he was already sentenced to death. Escapes? Mmmmm with also Kakashi there, cmon...

The problem is: Naruto cant die, Sasuke cant die, Sasuke cant be imprisoned (cause he must continue his "bad guy stereotype" thingie, Sasuke cant turn good. Thats when you go too far with cliches and stereotypes in a shounen.

We'll see what the mangaka can pull out of the cylinder (and out of shame, cause i assume it WILL be shameful, for us readers)

So... only that much (which is to say, not any) anger from Naruto that Sasuke tried to kill Sakura?! LOL. And again: LOL. The first couple pages with the breathless "their eyes meet!" and "so close yet so far!" chapter titles had me wincing, like OMG, just how homoerotic is this chapter gonna be?! but at least there were no tears or hyperventilating, so Naruto got to keep his man card for once.

So yeah, good for Karin! Unlike Sakura, she only needs Sasuke to try and kill her once before wising up. You know what they say: fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. If Sakura doesn't follow suit, then I'm flat out saying it: Kishimoto has some sick, sick beliefs about love. Even if Sasuke were to regain his sanity, the fact that he tried to kill her (multiple times!) would always be hanging over the two of them. That is just too dysfunctional to ever get past, quite frankly.

There is a tiny bit of hope for Sakura since she actually yelled at Sasuke (and on Naruto's behalf!), which is the first time we've ever seen her do that, and also since she wanted to continue trying to help kill him. But I feel like every time I start to feel hopeful about Kishimoto doing something good with her character, he takes great pleasure in stomping that hope like a bug.

I doubt the Naruto vs. Sasuke preview fight is going to last even another chapter. My guess is, Naruto will make whatever big pronouncement he's about to make, and Sasuke gets teleported out by Madara immediately afterwards, thereby leaving Sasuke to chew on Naruto's words of "wisdom" until they fight again for real. [I choked a little there, writing "Naruto" and "wisdom" together in the same sentence.]

FFS.... I'm a simple guy you know? A little action here, a little there, add in some blood... throw in some deaths or two, and I'll be content... but nooooooooo.... It always have to be a happy ending where everyone hold hands!! I QUIT!! F***ing Hello Kitty! Island Adventure is more violent than this thing... lol.

So, I'm going to go in the opposite direction as everyone. I think (well, it's more like hope) that Naruto will finally convince Sasuke to stop being evil and all. Let's face the facts here, in order for Naruto to become Hokage, he has to do what everyone else before him couldn't. He's got to stop his friend from going down the wrong path which Jiraiya and the Third couldn't do with Orochimaru. I think we're actually going to see the resolution to this whole Sasuke betrayal nonsense. Plus, Naruto is going to need some serious help verse Madara. And you just know that Team 7 is going to have to get back together to beat him and lead to Sasuke's redemption..

In all honesty, the people who are saying Naruto should kill Sasuke really aren't thinking about Naruto's character or the story. In fact, I'd be pissed if he killed Sasuke. Not because I think he is a cool character (I like some aspects and hate other parts of him), but because Naruto's ultimate dream is to bring an end to war, just like it was for Jiraiya. That's why you don't seem him killing any of the bad guys. All the side characters end up dirtying their hands to do it (Even in Kakazu's case it is Kakashi who delivers the final blow). I'd also like people to REALLY think about some of the stuff they are saying. Could you kill your best friend? It's easier to say that Naruto should kill his best friend because this is a story, but if you actually think about it, this would never be an easy act to do. My best friend could kill someone and I'd I know that I might actually try and help him escape the law, I mean, you never really know how you would respond in a situation like this until you're actually in it (which is going to be incredibly rare).

In regards to Sakura, I'd say the same thing still applies. You think it would be easy to kill the guy you were in love with (or, I should probably use the past tense loved)? No way. Love drives us to do very unlogical and irrational things. If Sakura had killed Sasuke, I'd have dropped reading this manga instantly. It would completely ruin the story. Also, I'm pretty sure that Sakura will end up with Naruto in the end. It's going to be how Kakashi's group should have turned out, with Obito getting the girl as he deserved her and not Kakashi (at that point in time). You can see signs of her caring more and more for Naruto and seeing how he's done everything he possibly can for her, will eventually win her over.

The person who will get shafted in Naruto is definitely going to be Hinata. Which sucks, but hey, someone has to lose out. Thanks for reading the rant.

This had some good parts and some bad parts. Definetly liked Karin's decision about not helping Sasuke anymore. The duel between rasengan and chidori was awesome but isn't Sasuke supposed to be hopelessly out of chakra after all those fights, damn. He keepz on pulling out chidori after chidori. I just don't know what to think about Sakura anymore. Sometimes her actions make me happy and sometimes i just plain hate her. I just don't get this whole love thing that Sakuraz got going on. When you love someone it is supposed to be due to you liking his/her actions and the way he/she does things etc. It is also possible to stop loving someone. How can Sakura still love sasuke after he has already tried to kill her, insult her supposed friend Naruto and threaten to kill the village that she loves. Just doesn't make sense. I liked how Kakashi has made his mind up. Naruto?? Well it would be completely against the character that we have seen so far if Naruto had just decided to kill sasuke and get it over with. That would not happen, but in order for this manga to be really good, characters really do ned to die, whether it be sakura, sasuke, karin or whatever. definetly looking forward to what Naruto has decided.

Guys I really think that there is no doubt that Sakura is going to be with Naruto. Sorry NaruHina fans but Sakura was almost killed by Sasuke, he said he is going to destroy Konaha, and Sakura stood up for Naruto. Also the similarity between Jiraiya and Tsunade, and Naruto and Sakura is close as hell. I bet once Sakura realizes her feelings Tsunade will notice and tell her not to hold back because she did and lost Jiraiya.

Aw crap, you're right. Naruto should start feeling the effects soon, though you never know with Kishimoto cause he does seem to forget about little things characters have (A good example is when Deva Pain was fighting against Naruto, and Naruto made all of his clones turn into boulders which worked to distract Deva Pain despite him having the Rinnengan, which lets the user see chakra.)
