I've read this manga very long ago, (probably near 20y ago), so excuse me of the vague following description, It was the first volume of the manga, I think, it was about this girl that wears glasses, she's a student, and she looks very plain (the typical art of face with glasses with blankness behind), I remembered she was on a bus or train, reading a book, and a couple guys from behinds commented on her figure, saying she looked hot something, then when she turned back, they were all startled by her plain glassed face, and got turned off by it, the girl then just kept on in silence.

That's the only content of the manga that I remembered so my description of it might not be all accurate but one thing for certain was that she wears glasses, and the manga has a filler page which was what imprinted on my impression the most about it to today
The page shows the girl standing in front of the door, she wasn't wearing glasses, the next panel showed the cropped out side of her face, with a droplet on her cheek that seemingly was her tear.
The biggest panel that occupied half of the page showed her crouching down, (hugging her knees, I think?) seemingly crying sorrowfully.
This filler page was what impressed me the most, it seemed so such a powerful image (probably because of the nice art) that it stayed in my mind to this day, and so I'd really really appreciate, and grateful if anyone could tell me the name of the manga if you've ever come across such scene I've described.
