Hi!

I read this Shojo/romance manga previously but forgot the title of it!

It was a romance manga (possibly a one-shot).
The only thing I remember is the girl is at a hospital cause she got into an accident and she wakes up in a diff world, meets a guy. I THINK the guy was in the same accident.
At the end, she wakes up to go find him but he actually woke up before her and was looking for her at the hospital. Last scene was at the hospital stairs I believe.
