I might be wrong, but with Kabuto's strengthened version of the Impure World Resurection technique, it also gives them their weapons back. Or it might be the case where the Cloud ninja buried them with the weapons in a secret place so that no one else would use them for evil.

I find it oh so incredibly ironic that a jutsu has been developed in THIS series, above all other series, which would kill you if you said your favorite word. Nearly every character in the damn manga has a catchphrase.

(It would be funny if Kishimoto were doing it to parody his own series, but I didn't get that impression from it; the chapter seemed pretty serious to me.)

Really, the jutsu is Naruto's kryptonite. Even if the weapons drain a lot of chakra, make a few disposable warriors (like the zetsu clones) use them on Naruto and bam! Instant KO. Never mind sage mode, kyuubi-power, whatever; Naruto couldn't NOT say "dattebayo" if his life depended on it. (Add "mothafucka," "shannaro," and "penis" to that list and goodbye Killer Bee, Sakura, and Sai.)

Again, no plot movement. 😐

I was debating dropping this like I did Bleach, but I just can't do it.

And they had all these soul things then "Banana Fan". Is it just me or is that absurdly out of place?

Maybe he's doing it all: meh (a little bit stupid or boring) because in a few chapters he'll put something really really AWESOME! (i hope so!)
