I just started reading manga and happen to find this site. I know about the following sites,

www.simplemanga.com ( read MyBalls )
www.mangavolume.com ( read Boku No Futatsu No Tsubasa ) But, I dont speak Japanese and dont know what is really ecchi or hentai on this sites.
If you know anything about these sites and can suggest a good read, I thank you.
Also, it does not have to be comedy if you have a suggestion.

none of those sites should contain hentai but what kinda of manga do you wanna read because all of those sites contain good manga

The basic rule tends to be, Hentai has actual sex, usually graphic.
Ecchi has sexual situations, but stops short of depicting the full act in all it's glory.

Either way, the genre search to the right works fairly well and will probably expose you to more than you bargained for. 😉
