Hi all,

I was just wondering if there are any hidden-gem mangas that haven't been picked up for scanlations, dropped halfway or have gone unnoticed for various reasons.

Hidden gem here simply means a great manga that you feel should be shared with other readers who doesn't know Japanese (i.e. scanlation to English)

For example, I came across a hidden gem, Azumi (recently this manga was picked up for scanlation after being left in the abyss for a long long time).
Another great un-scanlated manga, Kindaichi Shounen No Jikenbo, which I think is the greatest injustice done to the community who loves mysteries and detective storylines.

So guys, make your list for all the hidden gems or missed opportunities that you feel should be scanlated. 😎

Excel Saga four volumes scanned and then nothing. Viz isn't even reprinting the old volumes so can't even buy it without paying an arm and a leg for old, used copies 😔
Zipang Endless abyss died and they weren't even halfway through the backlog.
Over Rev! Another one where the scanlator disappeared. So far it's been one of, if not the best car enthusiast manga I've read.

Oh man, Zipang! I would really love to see another group take over the scanlation though.
Well, the only thing that we can do right now is to wait, or pick up Japanese. 😛
