... so basically I read this manga a long time ago so my memory is quite fuzzy. Hope you guys help me out. It is either a yaoi or a shounen ai..... Im not really sure. It's about a man working in some business department. He has a person he like but that person doesn't really acknowledge him. When our protagonist is sent to some faraway area as a part of business he fervently hopes that the other guy will miss him (note- the place he was sent to was was really cold ). And it also included a story of another colleague at work who was nervous about meeting his adolescent son after divorce and was confused in how to communicate with him and another colleague of him helped him out.
