This is what I remember from the manga. A guy is walking with his girlfriend and these other guys (a gang) come and start messing with them. Then this massive mammoth of a thug says that every woman he has sex with breaks and the boyfriend says he'll take on the task as long as they leave her alone. They rape him repeatedly and then massive mammoth has a go. After that, the boyfriend is kinda out of his mind when he has sex with his girlfriend right there. The manga ends with them both looking down into a crib at a baby that looks a lot like massive mammoth guy.

I have spent months trying to find this and you guys are my only hope.
