J-comi: Online archive for old manga

Just wanted to see some thoughts on j-comi.jp here on MU. This japanese online reader was started by Ken Akamatsu, the creator of Love Hina and Negima. It's an official archive for manga that are no longer in circulation and is approved by the rights holders of the manga.
The images themselves are raw but it has a translation dialogue box that can be brought up by clicking a blue green button on the readers control bar. Most of it is machine translated crap but the drop down menu has a good selection of languages and apparently they can be edited/replaced by users. The experience reminds me of reading manga before people did scanlations.
(Note: I got permission from one of the mods, Identity Crisis, to talk about J-comi as I worried the thread would read like spam/advertisement.)
