I know who drew that illustration. It's Koujima Naduki. I can't seem to find the name of the manga. Maybe it's not part of a manga.

I gave it some more thought and I came up with this. Not all of them fit perfectly but it's worth a try.
Kimi ga Koi ni Ochiru
Koutetsu no Daitenshi (The first one-shot)
From 701 Goushitsu
Suki no Mebae (Not sure about this one because i didn't read it, but the description kind of fits)
Akuma wa Hohoemu (Didn't read this one either, but the protagonist is supposed to be in love with his younger brothers friend)

hahaha... thank you for your help ...unfortunately I allready read all you suggestions except for
Koutetsu no Daitenshi.... maybe there is no such manga out there I haven't allready read?
