What mangas do you feel lost its winning formula and became something totally different ?
please put warnings before you spoil.
I am reading Gunnm: Last Order (I started with the first Gunnm) and the 1st few volumes were pretty awesome, the story was really gripping and I couldn't stop reading, there were few slow parts at the beginning but after that it was one revelation after another, one plot twist after another. But, the last few volumes (I read up to vol.13) it turned into a Dragon Ball and lost its identity completely, also the art most of the time stopped being detailed and turned into this crude line art like in naruto.

Another manga and that is more of a problem that I have with Naoki Urasawa, an amazing writer, his stories really grab you by the balls, but he has ONE major problem, he doesn't know how to conclude a story instead he just builds more and more and the story drags drags, Moster was amazing but the end was so sudden I though I missed something, 20th century boys amazing first couple of volumes then it starts to drag and suddenly ends, again I though maybe I am missing some pages or something.
