Clearly Itachi is the most evil fuck we have encountered so far.. (I've only read up as far as the anime's got tho.) Much less ridiculous than Orochimaru. And anyone who kills their entire family just so see what would happen is not an anti-hero, no matter how much pressure we put our kids under these days. Evill scary torturing bastard.

As far as cool/sympathetic people, I kinda liked that Zabuza dude and his little boyfriend from the early chapters, they were more memorable than most of the later characters.. The way he went out was what convinced me to keep watching Naruto when I first started..
And the guy who grew his own bones into weapons, who Rock Lee had to fight when they were all chasing Sasuke.. he was awesome. 😎

Suigetsu - Don't really consider him a bad guy, but I <3 him.

Orochimaru is awesome cuz he rivals Hisoka in his perversion and Hibari Kyoya in his sexual innuendo.

My least fav: Konan... Cool ability, but gawd I hate her well role in the manga I guess you could say.
