Hello! I’ve been using this site for a while to search up the webcomics I read, but I recently decided to be more active on here and start building my reading list. I do have a few questions I hope someone can answer for me:

1. Where do I press to post a forum? Is that only for the admins and moderators or am I just blind and can’t see where the button is located at?

2. A topic I posted six months ago (you can press on my profile to see it - theres only one there) is locked. Did a mod lock it or did I do that by accident and didn’t realize?

3. I know that OEL series can’t have their own page here, but am I allowed to discuss it in a forum?

4. What is the point of some of the signatures some users have when they comment, and how do I create one? For example, I think a mod has “A just ruler amongst tyrants”.

5. Is there a way to see spoilers on mobile? For all spoilers text, it tells me to move the mouse over the text to see but of course that wouldn’t work if I’m using my phone.

6. How do I see my profile without searching it up in the “members” section? This is not that big of a deal, but might as well ask while I’m here. To see all the topics I’ve posted, I would have to go look at my profile OR subscribe to my own topic to see it in my “user CP”.

1. I'm not sure what you mean by "post a forum". If you're talking about creating a new forum, you can't

2. I locked it because you said you found what you were looking for

3. OEL webcomics are not allowed to have series pages on MangaUpdates, thus they do not have their own forums. If you want to talk about a specific OEL webcomic, you can create a thread in the "Manga General" forum

4. On the right sidebar, choose "User CP" and then "Edit Profile"

5. You should be able to just tap the spoiler with your finger and it'll reveal itself

6. At the very top, your username should be clickable (next to the Logout link)

Thank you so much!! I’m still not able to see the spoilers and my username isn’t clickable :’) but thank you for everything else.

Spoilers work fine for me on my phone. Username being clickable as I had directed only works on the desktop version

yeah sadly i’m still unable to do both of those things ☹️ but i figured out a hack.. just highlight the spoilers and copy and paste it into my notes app. i can read it from there

Oh, I just thought of this but why lock topic posts after they’ve been answered? 🤔 To prevent it from being boosted and clogging up the feed? Just asking out of curiosity~

If the answer has been found, no need for the ability to continue making comments on it. You can always just PM the person for a follow-up, or create a new thread
