He will find whatever One Piece is, that much is inevitable. If you're saying that the instant Luffy finds One Piece, the story ends then no. There are theories that Luffy might die at the end.

It would be nice if one piece wasn't a great treasure but something that had a great sentimental value for roger and his crew. (something for Ace maybe? Since he's his son)
