As far as I remember...a student finds nude drawings of girls in her teachers desk(?). I'm pretty sure the teacher was considered as a quirky/goofy type of character till she found the drawings. When the teacher found out about her finding the drawings, he does...err.. well ecchi things to her xP
And most likely this is a one-shot.
