A yaoi manga

Someone please help me in finding manga. It's a Yaoi and I doubt that's it's completed on online manga sites.(just a guess) the story looked complete to me. The mc if I remember correctly has a broken heart (can't remember why --probably the boy he loves has some one else now) then I guess another friend of his or the same one(sorry I just can't remember) comes to console him and they get intimate (or so I think) also the mc has a brother who he thinks is all cool and perfect. The thing I clearly remember is that there gets some misunderstanding between the brother and him. Also a friend of the brother--a rich Asian person (maybe a prince ) comes to visit him in an elephant along with his butler. He thinks that coming in the middle oh night on an elephant is a good camouflage technique. Also I think the mc gets sick . It was a short series. Please inform as soon as possible

I'M not certain if this is what you're looking for since I'm not quite sure the first part falls under this story, but the last part sure does. Menkui! by Suzuki Tanaka. Volume 2 Chap 4 specifically involves the sick mc and that 'prince' with the elephant and butler visit. The mc also believes his older brother is cool and perfect, while he thinks he, himself, is rather plain. This is one of my favorite mangas. 🙂
