Sorry, I don't know where to post this.

I want to update the releases of chapters of Unintentional Love Story by Pibi, but no real group has been credited on Mangadex, the original upload site. The group didn't credit themselves on the chapters either.

This is actually (sort of) in the FAQ:

All releases must have an associated group that is in our database.

[...] We only allow releases to be posted (in most circumstances) by groups that exist in our database. You must add your group at the same time you add your new release, or before, so that we can verify that the release actually exists.

[...] We require that all scanlation groups have some kind of information in our database besides just a group name.

So, the short of it is, if the release can't be attributed to a group, it can't be added here. That's why you'll sometimes see manga in the database that says it's completely scanlated but have no releases associated with it.
