Here's what I can remember

-they are both office workers
-the superior is the uke and he is a masochist
-the subordinate is the seme and he is a sadist
-the uke was left by his family before the story began 😕 (not sure)
-the uke has abandonment issues and the seme found out about it when he tied up the uke and decided to leave him in his room

-its not "Do Do Do S-kyuu Kareshi" or "Kanpeki na Koibito"
