I cant remember the title of this manga i REALLY need some help

This guy who has bright red hair and is seen as a delinquent because he sleeps in class and one day this guy spills something on him(cant remember what I think it was food) the guy is REALLY popular and when the red haired guy finds out he can cook really well and then he asks the popular to "marry m-(wait for it!) my sister!" it turns out that he sleeps in class because he wakes up early to prepare food for his families and his bright red hair is natural. The popular guy turns down the proposal and says "I wont marry your sister because I will marry YOU!"

I forgot to mention that he takes care of his sister's kid because she is so busy trying to support the family!
