I've tried asking on the 18+ side and searching through 18+ stuff and had very little success, so I'm asking here as well. I'm looking for works that contain "NTR" or things that look like NTR, but where the relationships are regained eventually, either the guy manages to take her back, or she manages to get away from those that took her, etc. Must be stories where at least the NTR plot is complete, not something where it's unclear whether things will be resolved or where there's a serious possibility of it happening again or something.

I say stuff that looks like it because the closest I found was a highly-sexual-but-not-quite-hentai series called Chisa X Pon, which many have called NTR but I can confidently say is not. For details...

Chisa is dating Ponta in the story, but after a while they end up having some problems, due to issues at her home, jealousy against a boy at her job, and sexual problems as they haven't been able to go all the way. One day she decides to secretly go on a platonic date with that boy from work, who invites her to his house, only for him to drug her, send nude pics of her to Ponta, then tie her to his bed and molest her. He continues to torment her and drown her with pleasure that she never wanted, then eventually agrees to untie her if she promises not to resist and if she lets him watch her pee. Ultimately, by the time she gets him to untie her, she doesn't have any mental strength left and can only lie there and hope he'll finish soon. Since she didn't fight back, and she felt good, and she went with him of her own volition, all the obvious trauma is made even worse. She even chooses to think that she was unfaithful just to protect herself from admitting she was raped. Eventually she makes Ponta watch her pee so it's not just that guy who's seen it, tells him everything, and he firmly insists to her that that isn't infidelity, it's rape. At this point she's finally able to accept it, and begin trying to heal together with Ponta. The story even has one of the near-nonexistent cases of someone taking therapy following a trauma. Frankly, it's downright offensive to me that so many people insist that this was an NTR, but that said it does have the couple ripped apart for reasons that closely resemble it.
