Don't get those contacts. They can seriously damage your eyes because they can only be ordered online(aka NOT by prescription).

Btw, yes, it's doable. Wig/dyed hair + contacts + make up + lighting = their look.

Surgery + contacts + makeup. Yeah, it's not that hard, just go youtube some gal/gyaru make up tutorials. I personally think that she looks pretty, just my opinion though cause I adore anything gal.

Anything you put in your eye can be bad for you, obviously. The only danger is that they're not fitted correctly since you're ordering them online. I'm sure that if you go to a licensed retailer with your prescription, it should be just fine. It may be hard to find, idk, but I live near one and if it were really dangerous then I don't think they'd be allowed to sell them. People have worn these contacts for years and there have been no reports (to my knowledge) of people going blind. I personally have worn them for a year and nothing happened, gone back to normal contacts though.

not to forget photoshop. maybe these photos are even edited.

I once saw a vid where a pretty normal girl was styled up. First the make-up and she began to look quite good, then there was a photo taken. and then it was edited. Her eyes were placed somewhere else or were made bigger etc. and TADA! she looked like one of those supermodels who you can see on ad-posters. Personally I thought this was too much. I'm gonna look for the vid...
