Looking for a title.

I saw an anime long ago and can't remember the title, and now I'm wondering if there's a manga for it.
I remember the anime being about 6 different girls all connected somehow. Each girl believes in a myth about snow (?) how it can grant your wish or help you fall in love. I only remember 2 of the stories: One of them was about a girl in a hospital who needs surgery but refuses to take it, she falls for a young doctor, I forget what happens next though. Another story was about a young filmmaker who is trying to win a contest, but gets obsessed with her work and looses those near her because of it. I do remember the last story having something to do with a radio show, and during the last episode each girl sees each other by coincidence.
You'd think that with all this info I'd be able to find the title, but to no luck. Anyone know it? Help would be deeply appreciated.^-^

Interestingly enough, I never watched this or played the game. I just remember seeing the plot synopsis from something I got at AnimeExpo 2006 from ADV
