I've seen it and it does do some justice to the manga (haven't seen the anime), it drastically changes the story, in particular L's character and the general flow of the story as well as the overall focus and outcomes of most of the characters.

I enjoyed the first two... but the third seem to be all about L with no Light...
Very disappointing... at least for me >.>

Not sure wasn't a full trailer just saw Ryuk and L. Also I was kind of the middle of a conversation at the time and couldn't pay full attention.

The first two were interesting...even though I thought L's actor could have been alot better.

Let's hope there are prompt subs for the third (when it comes out)! It felt like it took forever to get subs for the second...

hmm....the films totally killed the story, that's for sure. and i DON'T appreciate that.

light's actor kinda.....sucked. but L's actor was totally amazing.

the third movie might be good, but the plot's gonna be nonsense. i mean, first of all, L was supposed to die BEFORE light. he was supposed to be KILLED by remu. and however much i would like to deny this fact, the ones who killed light were Near and Mello.

anyhow, i kinda got pissed since they messed up the original story. otherwise, it's pretty good ^-^
