What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

I googled the title and got a movie tie-in with the current cover as a bonus poster. Is this one of those:
Volume Origin, Volume Rising or Volume World Heroes
Or some random one-off chapter?
