But Idk... If you want to "sell" yourself as a proofreader, making the thread title in all-caps isn't exactly the way to go... And if your first sentence isn't right, and THEN you were rude to someone who was only trying to help fix that [simple] mistake.... then good luck.

Maybe try directly applying to scan groups who say they need proofreaders, since they are mainly busy looking for editors/translators (aside from actually scanlating manga)... Just a suggestion. Of course you can just ignore me.

He already did that. He posted in several threads.

I actually don't mind an all-caps thread title, but he also posted all-caps messages in the aforementioned threads. I find that childish and rather annoying. I thought about recruiting him before that.

You can PM me if you need a temporary (freelance) cleaner/redrawer for some project. Especially if it's something with nice art.
Being the lazy person that I am, I'm not likely to accept anything long-term though.
