Years ago I've read an One Shot Yaoi and i can't remember its name.
It was definitely an NC-17 one.
The main character was a man who has been abused or rape ( I can't remember) just in front of his very best friend in order to protect him. This friend doesn't even speak to him anymore. One day the guy who has attacked him before came back. He sequestrates him in his own house and abuses him there. In the end, the police arrest the criminal. In fact, the end was quite ambiguous because the victim falls in love with his rapist.

Also,[m] there is a scene where the aggressor get outside with the victim, he put some juice or coke in the main character ass and make him ride a plot
