Hanayu Mentions the 'Arai Method' of preparing live carp..

apparently:
you knock the carp unconscious..
fillet it
marinate in 'sanbai'
slice
rinse in lukewarm water
give it an ice bath

and serve with vinegar miso bean paste with condiments of sansho chinese pepper and julliened fresh ginger

i have tried googling the method, looking for videos in youtube, etc.
i would really like images or videos of how to prepare the carp this way..
does anyone know the japanese equivalent of 'Arai Method'
the translation services arent that good at interpereting it 🙂

If anyone who speaks japanese or is familiar with this method, could give me a link to a 'how-to' video, or give me the japanese name of Arai Method... i would be very grateful..
