So here we are again and this time it's a supernatural (sci-fi-ish) short story ...two chapters exactly if my brain's not misleading me.
STORY: Our mc has been hired by some one and because he's desperate to looking for a job; jumps at the opportunity only to find that he is to cook for a boy who lives in a big (old) house ....(the man with long dark hair who hired him also visits sometimes and is uncle of the boy?...I guess)
The boy is really expressionless and eats a lot ...so much that the mc gets tired cooking for him always. Prying in his matters is not appreciated so it's left to thought why the guy eats so much. Mc cooks great food and just wishes for the boy to say thankyou .
We come to know later that the reason he eats too much is because he's actually a plant that's about to grow...(to adult form?) so he needs lots of nutrients. (The boy was turning 18 I guess)
Also it quite usual for the person going through the planting process not to get enough food so that he ends up dying.
Mc finds the boy "planting" and begs him to not give up easily and then something something happens and he doesn't die...instead becomes human. He smiles and then cries and says he's really happy to know what expressions and feelings are because apparently in their plant forms that can't feel anything.
Also the story about them being plants was narrated by the uncle to the mc.
Someone help me please ....I'm in a terrible state of mind now. 🙁
Lastly I think they both start living together.
