I'm wondering if the scanlations are done or still incomplete. I checked the releases and it showed that scanlations are done until volume 15 so I'm confused.

No asking for scanlation status, but if you would read and search by yourself then it was fairly obvious what was missing. It was all there you just did not bother to look.
*Uchi chapter (Unscanlated)
*4-koma segments (Unscanlated)
15 Volumes + Gokusen Kanketsuhen (Complete)
Completely Scanlated except specials listed in summary
