The only thing I recall about it was that this girl is cursed and a boy tries his best to be around her but things keep happening to him that threaten to kill him.
Like natural disasters or things trying to fall on him and crush him. May have been a comedy that then turns tragic/sad.

I know that one! I think it was a oneshot in Shounen Jump...and I think within the last decade or so?

The plot was something like, the male lead is classmates with this girl he has a crush on but God also is in love with her so anytime the ML tries to confess God throws wacky hijinks in the way. I think the ending was the boy saving the girl from something and God being like, "you're alright I guess". I think the boy had some weird 'confesses and falls in love super easily' trait?

Let me know if I'm remembering the wrong manga!

This was it (Although I remember it being different since its been a few years)! Re-reading this now, makes me glad it was kept as a one shot! Its quite wordy and the boy is way to pushy to deserve end up with the poor girl. Thanks to everyone trying to find it! 😁
