Don't know if this topic has been created yet, but does anyone know any shoujo artists who also draw yaoi? I've only come across one so far which is ENOMOTO Tsubaki.

There's quite a few of them actually. Not rare at all, considering yaoi is technically a branch of shojo according to Matt Thorn (I think it was). Quite a few start drawing off with shojo, but later change to BL.
I can't think of them all on top of my head but there's:
MIZUSHIRO Setona
HIGURI You
YUMEKA Sumomo (aka SAHARA Mizu and a bunch of other names)
WATASE Yuu (only one yaoi though, it was pretty deep for her first)
MAMAHARA Ellie
YOSHINAGA Fumi
Woon Soo-yeon (one shonen ai)
TAKAGUCHI Satosumi
NAKAMURA Asumiko
SHIMOTSUKI Kairi (yaoi & seinen)
