Hi, i can't remember the name of a certain shoujo (i think) manga that I read way back in middle school.

It's about this girl in high (or middle, idk) school who is kinda dumb but still charming and there were definitely some romantic interests involved. She had blonde hair (or at least her hair wasn't colored in) and she often had a flower on her head. Also, whenever she got excited, she would frantically move just one arm up and down and make a XD face.

I just remember the manga being very cute and funny. I don't remember how long the manga was but it def wasn't a one shot. Sorry, I can't remember anything else but the gist of it was her school life and all the hilarious situations she got involved in. Hope this helps and thanks in advance!
