Anyway, have any of you had one of those times in manga where you have to go 'OH GOD! OH GOD! OH GOD!' because something the characters did was so outrageous or something you would die over if it happened to you?

I have had two of these moments.

1. One of the parts in Hana-Kimi. I don't remember where.
2. Love Strip Chapter 2. She doesn't have her glasses on so her boyfriend is like, 'This is the washroom' when its really the classroom and starts feeling her up in front of her entire class INCLUDING her teacher... ( Mainly my fault for reading smut... but I was feeling like smut. )

I'm still saying OH GOD whenever I think of it. If that happened to me... I would have to do a murder-suicide. Killing everyone around me (mainly the guy who did that and those who saw), and then commit suicide. XD

NOTE: This is in manga general because it can be any type of manga.

I can't think of any ridiculous moment like that off the top of my head, but then I don't really read into that genre.

when characters do something so stupid that if someone did that in real life, they would be put in a school for special ed kids, I go "oh god..."

oh and in bleach, anytime a character comes close to dying, I get really excited, and then when the character doesn't die, I say "oh god.. not AGAIN" but I haven't watched/read bleach in a few months.

Whenever Sakura starts making googly eyes at Naruto I think, "sigh Oh my god."

If it's specifics then probably in intense death scenes like in Elfen Lied or at really sad Romeo and Julietesque endings.

There was a certain scene in Berserk that I actually stopped on for a little while to let all the events sink in. I knew it already, but this was the scene that really solidified Guts' place as the badass of all badasses for me.

It was during the Lost Children arc in Berserk and Guts was smashing the little wasp-like creatures, (who actually are the lost children transformed), by the dozens.

Long story short, he ends up engulfed in flames, then uses one of the children's transformation cocoons to douse the flames and he's just standing there, after having slaughtered dozens of children, draped in dead children carcasses...and he's the good guy in all this.

Yeah, I was actually a bit in awe there for a moment. Berserk rocks hard.a

Ah there have been plenty of occasions. Some for good, some for bad reasons. Like for example, the recent turn of events in Naruto... I just can't take the story anymore, really... Some of other times include Death Note (you know where) and maybe Ichigo 100%... And also recently for Karin, in the last volume.... I think bittersweet parts are those moments, as well as climax.
