I forgot the title of a certain isekai manga but I remembers some details.
It is about a female elf magician who stands on a ship in the middle of a fiery battle with powerful enemies. She is transported to a deserted island after the battle and meets a male human castaway who is skeptical about her claims of magic until he witnesses her display of magic.
